Shipments and Returns

Shipping Overview:

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of order and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Please be aware that we elect to ship without requiring a signature and the responsibility of the package is that of the shipper and not Moto Station, Inc. It is the delivery drivers sole discression if/where to leave the package. If you prefer delivery that requires signature, an additional cost may be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight/size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items will be well-protected.

Exchanges and Returns Guidelines:

At The Moto Station we guarantee your total satisfaction during the return process. Items purchsed are subject to the following criteria to be exchanged or returned:

  • Items must be in new, never used condition, in it's original packaging as delivered to you (Including manufacturer tags)
  • New unused items may be returned within 60 days from time of purchase for full cash refund
  • Items returned outside of the 60 day window, up to 180 days from time of purchase, will recieve purchase credit minus a 20% restocking fee

Returns/Exchanges Procedure (RMA):

In order to return an item to Moto Station, Inc. you must have an RMA number. To get an RMA you can log into your account and generate one, or feel free to call our customer service center and we can generate one for you.  

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place an order for a replacement item at the same time. This will help ensure that you are getting the item that you want and not missing out in the delays of shipping and return processing. Once the return is received we will process it within 48 hours and issue the proprotionate amount, as outlined above. If you would prefer to make an exchange without placing a new order, please contact our customer service center and one of our order experts can take care of your needs.

Return/Exchange Shipping:

With Prepaid Label

To make return shipping even easier we offer $9.99 UPS flat fee return shipping. This return label will be available to you once you create an RMA throught the website, or through email if you contact an order expert. Just print your label, attach it to the outside of your package, clearly write your RMA# on the package and drop it off at a UPS store. Once received the $9.99 fee will be deducted from your refunded/credited amount. Pretty simple right...

Without Prepaid Label

Generate the RMA from your account or contact an order expert. Once obtained write the RMA on the receipt that was enclosed within the original package, place the original receipt with the returning item and seal up the box. Write the RMA on the outside of the returning package and return it to us:
